Our Refund Policy

We hope you will remain just as excited as we are to have you participate in our live or virtual career development and career advancement programs. But if that is not the case, you can cancel your purchase up until and no closer than seven (7) days before the beginning of your program session, and receive a full refund provided you have not downloaded any of the materials, received or completed any of the pre-program activities, or joined your program’s private Facebook group, which would have given you access to other program participants and their information. While we understand circumstances change, unfortunately we cannot provide a full refund if any of the aforementioned conditions have been breached.

If within six (6) days of starting your program or you have already started it, you may receive a 50% refund if your refund request is received via email before the beginning of your second live or virtual program session.

Although we understand that decisions made sometimes change, we cannot approve a refund request once you have participated in your second online session.

Refund requests must be sent via email to mdkbrandmanagement@gmail.com.

Requests must include the date of your request, your first and last name, your email address and phone number, the original date of your registration and purchase, and confirmation that you have not violated any of the conditions outlined in this policy.

Although it is the goal of our live and virtual programs and we want to see our participants grow and thrive, the creation, development or advancement of a participant's professional career or business is not guaranteed by MDK Brand Management.
